- Purchase Fee
We charge a success fee of 2% plus VAT of the purchase price or, if greater, 12% plus VAT of the saving negotiated between the documented asking price and the final purchase price with no extra cost!
We charge a non-refundable initial registration fee deductible from the success fee.
The registration fee is payable on signing the terms before WelcHome International start the property search.
The Success Fee is payable on the exchange of contracts.

- Rental Search Fee
We charge a success fee of 1 month of rent + VAT
